Bad Habit

These past several weeks, I've really tried being a good mom.

This means less computer and craft time. This means reading more to Sophia and helping her out with her toys. This means more time outdoors and in strollers.

This also means no music videos in the morning. I've been putting on PBS and we've been watching Sesame Street. Arthur. Some show with a sloth who is a TOTAL hippie and it's awesome.

I haven't really seen much response with the PBS channels, and yes, she is only 6 months old, but she laughs at things like polka dots and puppies, so I thought I'd give it a try.

So today? Today I laid out about 6 blankets on the floor and scattered all her great, yummy, plastic toys out and put on PBS. No response. I switched on music videos and what does she do? She grabs a toy sits up and watches.

And we thought weaning the bottle would be difficult.
